HR is shifting from focusing on the organization of the business to focusing on the business of the organization

In other words HR has clearly indicated the will to move closer to business and become the business partner. That means moving the HR focus from operational stuff to supporting business agenda (see my thoughts on this in previous post regarding role of HR)
